Jeremy has spent over twenty years advising clients on their financial strategies and investment management. Having started working for HSBC Investment Bank as an Investment Analyst in their European Equities division, his career allowed him to work for other investment banks and managers as both an Analyst, Trader and latterly as an Investment Manager. He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, which means he has not only reached the highest level in terms of exams passed, but also has the relevant amount of professional experience which means he can provide expert, rounded advice. During his career, he has held professional qualifications both here in the UK, and the USA and mainland Europe, allowing him to have a broad knowledge of most financial situations and instruments.
Outside of work, Jeremy is a dedicated husband to Michelle and the proud father of two sons, Oliver and Alexander. He has a deep-rooted passion for sport especially rugby, as an ex-Wasps player, golf and cricket. Most weekends he can be found supporting both his sons as they follow their aspirations in music (Olly) and motorsports (Alex). When time allows, the Walkers love to travel, especially to the USA where they have many happy memories.
Alexander Newton has extensive experience advising individuals and corporates, having spent over 14 years working within both Ernest and Young and Grant Thornton. For the past three years, he has headed up the Wealth Management division of a leading investment manager. Within Cambria Wealth Management, he will take on a specific pension transfer and estate planning role to help grow this side of the business.
Alexander has a BA in Economics from Coventry University, and is a Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager, Certified Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Outside of work, Alexander is married to Evelyne and have two children, Mylo and Sadie. A keen cyclist and triathlete, Alexander can often been found training in the countryside around his Buckinghamshire home.
